| Martin B. Mosbacher |

Martin B. Mosbacher, Chairman and CEO, is a founding partner of Intermarket. Mosbacher provides leading international, financial and professional service organizations with communications consulting and support. He has had extensive experience in developing communication and marketing programs for major derivatives and equity exchanges, banks and accountancies in the United States, Europe and Asia. Mosbacher was also instrumental in the development of GFC/Net - the Global Financial Communications Network. GFC/Net is a new concept in international public relations networks exclusively targeted to clients whose businesses bring them into direct contact with the world's primary financial markets.

Prior to co-founding Intermarket, Mosbacher was Director of Public Relations for Commodity Exchange, Inc. (COMEX), the world's leading metals futures exchange, based in New York. While at COMEX, Mosbacher handled all aspects of corporate and financial communications. Previously, Mosbacher was the manager of public relations for the shipping firm Sea-Land Service, Inc. He was also a special assistant and speechwriter to the Speaker of the New York State Assembly, and writer/researcher for NBC News. A resident of New York, Mosbacher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from City College of New York. He has been the recipient of numerous awards for excellence in communications.

| Andy Yemma |

Andrew Yemma, Managing Partner, has been with Intermarket since January 1998. Yemma is responsible for media services, account management and business development. He works with a variety of clients including Ashmore Investment Management, Laserfiche and Penson Worldwide (Nasdaq: PNSN).

Prior to joining Intermarket, Yemma was Vice President of Media Relations at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). While at the exchange, he helped reposition the NYSE's traditional media image to emphasize its high-technology trading systems and increasingly global role.
 Earlier, he was a senior executive for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (MERC), where he headed corporate communications and advised the chairman and CEO. Before joining MERC, Yemma had a 15-year career in journalism. Yemma was Business Editor of the Chicago Sun-Times and an editor and reporter at United Press International (UPI). While at UPI, he served as Midwest Division Editor, managing 100 reports and editors in nine states. He also covered various beats including state politics in Texas and Missouri.
 Yemma holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago (1987) and a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin (1971). While at the University of Texas, Yemma was Editor-in-Chief of the prestigious Daily Texan. |

| Neil Shapiro |

 |
Neil Shapiro joined Intermarket Communications in 2000 and is now an Executive Vice President and Managing Director in charge of the firm's corporate practice. He advises clients on ongoing public relations strategy, crisis communications and media relations.
 Over the years, Shapiro has developed and directed PR campaigns around several major transactions and corporate events including mergers & acquisitions, initial public offerings, spinoffs, divestitures and new product launches.
 In the aftermath of the 9-11 terrorist attacks, Shapiro served as spokesperson for Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW), a long-time client which was headquartered in the World Trade Center. He advised KBW throughout its rebuilding efforts and today remains the firm's sole PR counsel.
 A former broadcast journalist, he also conducts personalized media training seminars for executives and other corporate spokespeople designed to improve his clients' reputation and positioning in the press.
 Before joining Intermarket, Shapiro was the Senior Producer of "Your World with Neil Cavuto," a live daily business and general news show on the Fox News Channel. Prior to that, he held senior editorial positions at CNBC, CNN and CNN Headline News.
 Shapiro graduated cum laude from Brooklyn College in May 1991, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television & Radio Broadcasting. |

| William Ferri |

William Ferri is an EVP & Managing Director with Intermarket Communications, specializing in media relations coordination for several of the firm's blue chip clients. He manages an account team that is responsible for PR activities for a number of key international organizations, including: The Swiss Bankers Association (members include UBS and CSFB), Russell Investments/ Russell Indexes (a subsidiary of Northwestern Mutual), BIDS Trading/ New York Block Exchange (NYBX), Newedge and Corporate Insight.
 Ferri has also developed and implemented PR and marketing programs to promote business development in several major international cities, including: Sydney, Australia; Zurich, Switzerland; and Frankfurt, Germany.
 Ferri has experience creating and managing strategic communications programs for clients and has contacts with some of the top journalists in the U.S. and U.K. He has a successful track-record of placing articles in A-level media, such as: The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, Barron's, Dow Jones, New York Times, CNBC, CNN, WGN, Institutional Investor Magazine, Bloomberg, Financial Times, The Economist, New York Post, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, Associated Press, Miami Herald, USA Today and Reuters.

Ferri has been with Intermarket since 1996. Prior to joining the agency, he worked for Penton Publishing as a conference director, and for the Staten Island Advance (an SI Newhouse publication) as a staff reporter. Ferri received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in 1995. |

| Jed Hamilton |

Jed Hamilton joined Intermarket in January 2007 after more than a decade of experience in the fields of financial technology public relations, marketing and journalism. At Intermarket, Jed is an Assitant Vice President within the technology practice, handling a diverse range of accounts including CA Cheuvreux, First Coverage, ICAP, Imagine Software and NYFIX.
 Prior to joining Intermarket, Jed acted as director of marketing and corporate communications for Portware LLC, a leading provider of electronic trading software. Previously, he has worked as a director of public relations for Javelin Technologies, edited the financial trade journal Trading Technology Weekly (now DWT) while with Incisive Media, and represented companies such as the Island ECN, Sybase and Individual Investor as an account executive at Middleberg + Associates.
 Jed is originally from Seattle and holds a degree in communications from Washington State University. |
